Aphrodisiac, food, medicine and the cause of prolonged life – I have been using garlic for many purposes over the centuries.
Recent research based evidence proved that garlic may be effective against high blood pressure, heart disease and blood vessels, cholesterol, colds and some types of cancer. Here are some tips to get rid of different diseases by using garlic.
                                                        1. High Blood Pressure

Identified in 2012, one of the best available evidence on the use of garlic to treat high blood pressure, a good study suggests that 200 mg of garlic powder three times a day lowers blood pressure. However, the bulletin concluded that there is insufficient evidence to determine whether garlic and effective way to treat high blood pressure and reduce the mortality rate.
                                                                 2. Cholesterol
Concluded bulletin performed well in 2009 and is one of 29 good quality study (involving a total of 1,794 participants) that garlic (garlic powder mainly) cause a “modest reductions” in total cholesterol levels.
                                                                      3. Colds
Concluded good quality bulletin in 2012, one of the best available evidence that there was insufficient evidence on the effects of garlic extensions on treatment or prevention of colds. Most of the studies, which claimed it, were of low quality. It has been said in the bulletin that good logical study suggests that garlic may prevent colds, but there was a need for more research until the consolidation of results.
                                                                4.Cancer
The conflicting evidence. It concluded the Global Fund for Cancer Research Bulletin in 2007 that garlic “probably protects against” the intestines and stomach cancers. It concluded the latest bulletin from 2009 and is one of the best available research on humans that there is no credible evidence about the cancer of the stomach, breast, lung and uterus, but there are very limited evidence about that eating garlic may lower the risk of colon cancer, prostate, oral, ovarian or renal cell cancer.
                                                               5. Rule Dietician
Alison Hornby, says nutrition specialist and spokeswoman for the British Nutrition Association: “Garlic delicious flavor used on a large scale in the kitchen of the Mediterranean and Asia.”
With a high concentration of garlic extract studies with improving circulation have been associated, most health levels and lower blood pressure, cholesterol, which reduces the risk of heart disease and blood vessels. However, current evidence does not support the use of garlic extensions to improve health.
The garlic is particularly useful in cooking, as it provides an alternative to salt to add flavor to meals, along with the lemon juice, pepper, herbs and spices. Eating less salt is important to avoid high blood pressure.
