5 Moments Where We Realise " I Am A Mom Now " !!

That proud moment  when you took your little one in your arms realising the most beautiful moment till now,filled with joy,happiness and a little fear;Fear of dillemas,fear of responsbility,fear of losing your career,fear of Will I  be A good mother etc etc etc...

True!!!That is a worthy feeling that everyone of us goes through and as the time goes... we realise we did those things we can never imagine we could have.

But still... there is a child inside us who is eagerly waiting for us to meet him...Yes the same child who shouted at mumma when she didn't cooked of your choice,when Dadda got much relevent gift for bhai then yours,when you got bored you jumped out on phone to call a Get together with friends and countless!!!!

But now  we don't hear that child....sometimes we don't and sometimes we can't.

I came through this situations many times...but these 5 left me writing this Article..

1. You can't go for unplanned Trips!!

As I love travelling...this factor affected me most.His comfort , Home made food,Atmospheric changes...all this came to my mind whenever I thought of a Trip.Although he also enjoys outing but not long trips   so we(MY HUSBAND) dropped the idea of any further travellings and I realised "I AM A MOTHER NOW"




2. Household chores are not so easy as they were!!!

This one is annoying and repititive.....Everyday WE wake up...Vihaan(My Littleone) wakes up with me and helps me out in kitchen...lol...by throwing things here and there....Preparing tiffinbox for my husband was most pleasing to-do for me every morning but now I just wind it up as a Work.
Spilling water while mopping,mud while watering plants,misplacing things as soon as I keep them properly are these people's favorite task.And the worst part is YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING.




3. No Guests for Lunch PLEASE!!!

As most of our husbands are fond of calling up their ffriends for lunch....After  baby... handling guests and hosting lunch are wierd combination I swear!!!
Running before them just as to save the dinner plates or spilled rice is most awkward thing to do in front of them......YES YOU ARE A MOTHER NOW!!!!




4. Your Pleasures are a Past Now!!!

This turns me sad sometimes...I seriously miss listning Music on high volume....gossiping on phone with my old friend for long hours....hang out with my friends for shopping and eat outs....Watching my old favourite movie on television for continous 3 hours!!!!Ya Ya I remember I M A MOM!!!

5. HUBBY!!! Let Me Sleep!!!

Hahaaa...The sub head seems funny but at times I find it very diificult to manage both of them...Even my condition is like If I would have to choose between sleep and husbands quality time...No doubt I would go for SLEEP!!!As soon as baby sleeps I find it like heaven and sprang on Blanket to have a Cosy sleep until A interruption occurs.." Have you slept".....




Anyways all this tantrum is so tiny before that mommy running in every cell of our body which stimulates us to keep up with all balances...Have A   Jolly...Exciting Adventrous Motherhood Ride Ladies!!!!

तुम हमेशा मर्दों के Against क्यों लिखती हो?

अपना शाम का चाय का कप रखा ही था कि दरवाज़े की घंटी बजी। सिलिंडर बुक करवाया था वो होगा ,सेक्युरिटी वाला पानी का रिमाइंडर देने आया होगा जो बहुत दिनों से हमारी परेशानी का सबब बना हुआ था, एक बालकनी से दरवाज़े तक कितने विचार आ जाते हैं हमारे मन में,मन की गति... सबसे तेज़...कौन होगा राम जाने.....चहल कदमी तेज़ करते हुए दरवाज़ा खोला...

" इतने शाम पड़े सो रही थी??? दरवाज़ा खोलने में इतना समय कैसे लगा दिया?" मेरी दूर की बुआ ,जो मुम्बई में ही रहती है पर बहुत दूर होने के कारण ज़्यादा आना जाना नहीं करती, बड़े उपहास ,जो थोड़ा बाहर की गर्मी से और गर्म हो गया था, के स्वर में बोली।
" आजकल की लड़कियों में तो ज़रा भी Ishtemina( अंग्रेजी बोलने का बड़ा शौक पर अंग्रेजी को उनके पास आने का ज़रा भी शौक नहीं) नहीं रह गया। हमारे ज़माने में तो कोल्हू के बैल की तरह दिन भर चला करते थे तो भी Inergee( आशय Energy ) रहा करती थी।" दरवाज़े के अंदर कदम भी पूरे नहीं पड़े थे कि उनका उपदेशात्मक प्रसाद मुझे मिल चुका था,आगे के समय के लिए खुद के लिए भगवान् से प्रार्थना करते हुए मैंने उनका बैग उनके कंधे से लिया और उन्हें पंखे के नीचे आ जाने को कहा।
"पानी तो बड़ा मीठा आता है तुम्हारे यहाँ!!" एक सांस में पूरी गिलास ख़तम हो जाने पर उनके मुख से दो शब्द अच्छे सुनने पर  थोड़ा अच्छा महसूस कर रही थी मैं।
" मुन्ना क्या कर रहा है दिखाई नहीं दे रहा?" घर में चारो तरफ नज़रें घुमा कर ठीक टीवी सीरियल में आती किसी भुआजी की तरह उन्होंने पूछा।
"सो रहा है भुआ!! आज दिन में ठीक से नींद नहीं निकाली तो थक के अभी सोया है" उन्हें संतोष हो सके इसलिए मैंने कारण भी साथ में लगाना उचित समझा।
चाय फिर बनाई गयी और उनके मन पसंद पोहे वड़े भी। बातों का सिलसिला( जिस सिलसिले में वो Speaker थीं और मैं केवल listner) चल पड़ा।
 उनकी बातें एक स्टेशन से चल पड़ी रेल गाड़ी की तरह थी। हर स्टेशन से वो कोई ना कोई टॉपिक रुपी पैसेंजर को चढ़ाती और उनके बारे में पूरा विश्लेषण कर अगले स्टेशन उन्हें उतार देतीं। उनकी बातों के सफर में ऐसा कोई पैसेंजर नहीं बचता जो उनके सफर ( या बेहतर कहूँ Suffer) में शामिल ना किया गया हो। किसने उनका दिल दुखाया,किसने उनका ठीक से सम्मान ना किया,किसके बेटे लायक हैं और किनके नालायक ...सबकी पोथी पन्नी वो अपने साथ ले कर चलती थीं।
" फिर क्या करती हो दिनभर?? घर का काम तो इतना रहता नहीं,मुन्ना भी छोटा है और जंवाई जी तो पूरा दिन बाहर रहते हैं?" शायद अगली पैसेंजर मैं थी।
" कुछ नहीं भुआ, विहान(मेरा बेटा) के आगे पीछे भागने में ही पूरा दिन निकल जाता है पता ही नहीं चलता। और फिर भी जो थोड़ा बहुत समय दिन में मिलता है उसमें कुछ लिख लेती हूँ। " मैंने कहा।
"लिख लेती हूँ?? क्या?? कहाँ लिख लेती हो?" दोनों आँखों को ऊँची करके बड़ी गंभीर मुद्रा में  उन्होंने पूछा।
" जी Blog लिखती हूँ, मतलब कुछ भी जो मन में आ रहा हो या जो कुछ मैं महसूस करती हूँ,कुछ मेरे अनुभव ,कुछ वाकये,सब कुछ। कभी रोज़मर्रा में काम आने वाली टिप्स और कभी औरतों के सम्मान में कुछ...कुछ भी जो मैं महसूस करती हूँ।" Blog शब्द से वो विचलित हो जातीं इसलिए मैंने पहले ही थोड़ा description देना उचित समझा।
"अरे वाह!! ये बलोग(अथार्त Blog) नाम की चिड़िया कब पकड़ ली तुमने? खैर छोड़ो!! हमें भी बताओ क्या लिखा अब तक। किसी से कहेंगे तो अच्छा लगेगा कि बलोग भी पढ़ना आता है हमें"। खुद पर थोड़े गर्वान्वित होने वाले लहज़े में उन्होंने मुझे ब्लॉग दिखाने का आदेश दिया।
बड़े चाव से वो मेरे लेख पढ़ रही थीं, मुझे भी एक 55 साल की गाँव से सम्बन्ध रखने वाली स्त्री को ब्लॉग जैसे मॉडर्न टूल पर काम करते( चाहे वो पढ़ना ही हो) देख बड़ा अच्छा लग रहा था।
"Hmnn...तो तुम्हे आदमी लोग पसंद नहीं हैं? जंवाई सा अच्छा नहीं रखते क्या तुम्हे? या ससुराल वालों से नहीं बन रही आजकल? समस्या क्या है भाई??" उन्होंने थोड़े चिंतित लेकिन जिज्ञासु स्वर में टिपण्णी की।
" नहीं ! ऐसा तो कुछ नहीं है भुआ! ऐसा क्यों कह रही है आप?" मैंने बिलकुल अनअपेक्षित भाव से उनसे पूछा।
" अरे भाई तुम्हारे सारे लेखों में बेचारी औरत, अबला नारी ,पीयर और ससुराल में फर्क,यही सब तो है??? मतलब साफ है कुछ परेशानी तो है.. क्या बात है 
"तुम मर्दों के Against क्यों लिखती हो?"
 भीतर तक चोट कर गया था ये सवाल मुझे। औरतों की व्यथा के बारे में लिखना आदमियों के असम्मान में लिखना होता है ,ये तो मुझे आज पता चला था। अगर कोई स्त्री अपने पीयर और ससुराल में अपने साथ हो रहे अलग अलग व्यवहार( ज़रूरी नहीं वो दुर्व्यवहार हो) को शब्दों में उतार कर अपनी मनः स्थिति समझाना चाहती है मतलब उसे ससुराल वाले अच्छा नहीं रखते। अगर माँ बनने के बाद वो अपने बारे में वैसा महसूस नहीं करती जैसी वो पहले थी तो मतलब उसे माँ बनने से परेशानी है। अगर वो अपने कलम से अपने अनुभवों को बयां करती है तो अबला नारी है वो। और अगर उसी कलम से अपने अधिकारों की जंग छेड़ दे तो समाज में ना ढल सकने वाली क्रांतिकारी है।
मैंने ऐसा कब कहा कि मैं आदमी का सम्मान नहीं करती। Feminism का मतलब कहीं भी मेरे लिए ये नहीं है कि मैं कट्टरपंथी हूँ। मैं आदमी और औरत, दोनों को समाज का ऐसा अभिन्न अंग मान के चलती हूँ जिसका अपनी अपनी जगह अपना अपना वर्चस्व है। दोनों एक दूसरे को पूरा करते हैं और एक उच्च समाज का निर्माण करने में दोनों अपना अतुलनीय भाग निभाते हैं।
हाँ ! पर इतना ज़रूर आश्वस्त कर सकती हूँ कि मैं किसी भी तरह के बनी बनाई धारणाओं का निर्वाह नहीं कर सकती.... मैं अपने बच्चों को ऐसे सामजिक ढाँचे का अंग नहीं बनने देना चाहती जहां नारी मात्र एक शोभनीय वस्तु मानी जाती हो और पुरुष उस वस्तु का सिरमौर। 
" अरे कहाँ खो गयी?? चाय उबल उबल कर कड़वी हो जाएगी!" भुआजी ने मेरे अंदर अचानक आये उस तूफ़ान को रोक दिया..और अच्छा ही किया नहीं तो कहीं उस तूफ़ान के झटके कहीं उन्हें ही नहीं महसूस हो जाते और मुझे किसी बड़े को दो टूक जवाब देने का लांछन सहना पड़ता। 
बड़ी मुश्किल से मैंने एक छोटी सी बनावटी हंसी अपने चेहरे पर चढ़ाई और उनके लिए चाय और वड़े लाई। अभी तो इतनी हिम्मत नहीं जुटा पायी हूँ की उन्हें ये सब समझा सकूँ पर कोशिश रहेगी
।।" ये कलम कभी रुके नहीं ,बहरहाल ये ज़बां बंद होगी तभी"।।

माँ... तुमने मुझे क्यों नहीं सिखाया??

आँखें मूंदे, ललाट पर चिंता की सलवटे लिए, हाथ सर पर रखे तुम्हारा ख्याल कर रही हूँ माँ। कुछ शिकायतें हैं तुमसे। कुछ कहना है तुमसे माँ।

तुम तो कहती थी ,दूसरे घर जा रही हो लेकिन कोई फर्क नहीं होगा। चेहरे बदल जाएंगे पर रिश्तों के नाम नहीं बदलेंगे। माँ बाप भाई बहन सब ऐसे ही होंगे वहां। जैसे चहकती पंछी हो यहाँ वैसे ही गुड़िया सी भी रहोगी वहां।
कुछ बदलेगा नहीं,बस रिश्तों के मायने बदल जाएंगे ,ये तुमने क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ?
उस घर को अपना समझना,जैसा यहाँ रही वैसी वहां भी रहना। जितना प्यार हमारे इस घर में बिखेरा वैसा वहाँ भी बिखेरना। कोई पराया नहीं है वहां तेरा,अपने आप को समर्पित करना, यही कहती थी ना तू मुझे।
समर्पण की परिभाषा सम्मान के गिरने  से बनती है, ये तूने मुझे क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ?
अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर करना,अपनी ममता दुलार से घर को उजागर करना, अन्नपूर्णा का हाथ ,शैलजा का तेज़ और सीता की शर्म नज़रो में रखना, ये सीख आज भी गूंजती है कानो में मेरे।
पर बुरी नज़र पर रिश्तों को बचाने के लिए सहम कर चुप रह जाना था,ये तूने क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ।
पाई पाई कर पैसा जोड़ना,तिनके तिनके से घर बनाना,रखना अपनी ख्वाहिशें थोड़ी समेट कर, देना मान घर के बड़ों को। बनना अपने साथी की संगिनी हर कदम पर , उज्जवल करना उनका भविष्य तू ,यही कहती थी ना तू मुझे मेरे बाल संवारते हुए।
उनकी महात्त्वकांक्षाओ को बाबुल के पसीने से सींचना था, ये तूने मुझे क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ?
पढ़ो और अपनी पहचान बनाओ, एक नहीं दो दो कुलों का नाम रोशन करवाओ, सपने देखो और उनको पूरा कर के परिवार का नाम बढ़ाओ। 
बहुएँ घर में काम करने के लिए होती हैं और शोभा बढ़ाने के काम आती है , ये तूने मुझे क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ?
बेटी तो ईश्वर का वरदान होती है, आँगन में जो बेटी का फूल खिले तो पूरी परिवार रुपी बगिया महके। खुशनसीब होती है वो माँ जिनके घर बेटी जन्म लेती है। ऐसा ही समझाती थी ना तुम जब मौसी दो दो लड़की होने के कारण दुखी होती थी।
बेटी बनकर हम किसी के घर का बोझ बन जाते हैं, बेटी बनकर उनकी मज़बूरी बन जाते है ,बेटी है तो फ़ालतू का खर्चा बन जाते है,बेटी है तो काम करने की मशीन बन जाते है,बेटी है तो वंश बढ़ाने की जिम्मेदारी बन जाते हैं ,ये तूने मुझे क्यों नहीं सिखाया माँ ...क्यों नहीं सिखाया।

How To Understand Baby's Body Language

Congratulations, you’re a mom now! And, you might be spending most of your time caring for your new bundle of joy, observing her movements, and trying to understand why she makes certain movements more than the others.

Reading Baby body language can tell you a lot about a baby’s mood and her feelings. So here, we list some baby body language keys to help you understand:

Understanding Baby Body Language – 7 Tips:

1. Kicking Legs:

It Could Mean:
Your baby is happy and having a great time. Leg kicking is your baby’s way of expressing her happiness. Mostly babies kick their legs when they are in a bathtub or while you are playing with them.
How To Respond:
You can set your newborn on your lap and sing a song. Kicking syncs with the rhythm of the song and such song make your baby happier

2. Arching The Back:

It Could Mean:
A baby arches her back as a reaction to pain or uneasiness. Mostly, babies arch their backs when they suffer from heartburn.
How To Respond:
Help your newborn relax. If your baby arches her back in the middle of her feeding section, then it can be a sign of reflux. Avoid stressing on feeding if your baby spits up or cries, and make her comfortable.

3. Head Banging:

It Could Mean:
Babies bang their head on the floor or against her crib’s bars when she suffers irritability or pain. The rhythmic back-and-forth head banging offers soothing effect to your baby.
How To Respond:
If your baby hits her head often for long spans, then it is wise to visit a pediatrician for your baby’s check-up. Unlike your metalhead teen, don’t ignore baby’s head banging .

4. Grabbing Ears:

It Could Mean:
Baby grabbing her ears is her way to express her joy of discovering her ears. Also, your baby may pull her ears when she is teething. If your baby cries and grabs her ears, then she might be suffering from an ear infection.
How To Respond:
Join your baby in her quest to locate her ears. Help your baby to be comfortable when she is teething. Check with your pediatrician if your child suffers an ear infection.

5. Clenched Fists:

It Could Mean:
A clenched fist is a regular movement that babies make. But, clenched fist may also be a sign of hunger or stress. When your baby is hungry, she becomes tense and clenches her fist.
How To Respond:
Feed your baby if she is hungry. If your newborn develops a habit of clenching her fist persistently after she completes three months, then it is wise to check with your pediatrician .

6. Scrunching-Up Knees:

It Could Mean:
Baby scrunching up her knees is a sign of digestive discomfort. Your baby may scrunch up her knees when she suffers from uneasy bowel movements, gas, or constipation.
How To Respond:
Ease your baby. If your little one scrunches up her knees due to gas, help you baby burp. If you are nursing your baby, avoid eating foods that cause gas. If your little one suffers constipation, then check with your doctor. Give your baby sufficient water and some diluted prune juice.

7. Arm Jerks:

It Could Mean:
Arm jerks are baby’s reaction to the environment and a sign of alertness. Usually, your newborn will thrash her arms when she hears a sudden noise or experiences a bright light. Baby may also jerk her arms when you put her on the floor or if she feels a sudden loss of support.
How To Respond:
Arm jerks are the standard baby reflex, and they disappear after four months. Swaddle your baby when you put her to sleep. Swaddling your baby will provide her enough support and prevent her from jerking her arms.
