5 MUST DOs POST PREGNENCY!




1. GET MORE SLEEPS.

   Yes!! It seems a mommy difficult to sleep well but try your best to take sleep ;even small naps;whenever possible.A baby sleeps for 15 hours a day,take yours too especially in nights so that you can prepare him also for cozy night sleeps!
          

2. Remember KEGELS(EXERCISES)??? Start it again.

      Once you get recovery signals ON from your Doctor;put your body to rejuvenate itself again. 
Easier workout first and gradually moving on to some stretches.Our physical and mental efforts only lead us to easier,happier and healthier post natal phase.

3. EAT WELL..{THE MOST IMPORTANT}

  You are not at once ready to have your diet like before but try to have healthy snacks in short intervals of time.Lack of nutrition saps you of energy which you need while going through tough phase of motherhood.

4. Restrict yourself to HOME!!

   NEAH!!Don't take me like old nannies..even scientifically your body is not ready to face the severe contagious micro filled environment outside.Remember you take same to your baby too!!!
Meet less people,talk less and rest more.

5. MEDITATE( LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST)

Meditating must be a bit messy while pregneny post but the fact can't be denied that The stronger we are spiritually more happily we carry out our responsbilities. Meditation makes our Aura positive and that energy help us to create a happy and healthy circle around us which is ultimately passed on to our little one too.

Have a happy healthy post pregnency phase ladies.Get ready to swim in the Tsunami of Emotions,anxieties,experiences but Don't forget to do Little for yourself!!!
