1. Oatmeal

It can be flavoured with few spices like Pepper,salt, a bit pinch of chilly or you can prepare it sweet using milk and suger.
2. Fresh Fruits
Full of essential vitamins and Minerals, Fruits are undoubtedly most nutritious eatable your child can have. To reap out the maximum benefit from them serve them diffrent fruits every time like Berries,Apple,Oranges and Dried Fruits too.
3. Milk
Milk contains the two most vital components; Calcium and Protein: needed for building Brain tissues and strengthning of bones and teeth. It works as a fuel for brain as well as body. A research says toddlers between 4-8 years pf age should consume at least 2 and half cup of milk 2 times a day.
4. Low Fat Yogurt
Yogurt is full of nutritional value as it contains Bacteria which boost immunity and aid digestion.
Greek yogurt is more beneficial then the normal one as it contains more amount of protein and less suger as compared to the normal one.
Yogurt is excellent ingredient which shortens the severity of sickness and also reduces ECZEMA in babies.
5. Sweet Potatoes
Calcium, Potassium,Iron ,Vitamin B,Vitamin C and Vitamin A are the major constituents in sweet potato.They are full of complex carbohydrates and fibre.It keeps digestion moving along.
